Very happy friendly staff .good service and nice relaxing stay,nice facilities and hotel,,when I arrived at hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful especially tall slim lady at reception ,as my accent from australia may have been a bit hard for every one ,thankyou to this lady for helping me out,would love to visit again soon

It is rather good hotel for europians. Long swimming pool, good and free internet service. Unfortunately this servis is available only at 11th and 12th flour. Some furniture in room needs to be deeply repaired or replaced.

The quiet and asked for another room and it was given.

where would i start. swiming pool closed, nowhere to sunbath, no english speaking staff building work going on from 7 30am every day, complaints not delt with, internal telephones outside bedroom dood ringing day and night,air conditioning old noisy and shocking etc etc etc.

Had a lovely Easter break in a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. They have two great restaurants with a good variety of food choices. The hotel was perfectly located near several attractions and convenience stores, making it convenient to explore the area. I also enjoyed the peaceful and clean pool area which was great for relaxing and soaking up the afternoon sun.

While the rooms were clean, they were showing a bit of wear and tear. Some of the amenities were outdated and could use an upgrade.

The shops and spa area of this hotel are very nice and well-maintained. the location is also convenient and close to the airport, which was a plus. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

The room was very disappointing. the cleanliness was subpar, and the carpets and bedding were visibly stained and worn out.
